These are NOT healthy, at all. Just to make that clear. Had the idea of making these, made it for someones birthday. And it was soooo hard not to lick the spoon! But i made them with some healthier options here and there, as i like to experiment with different ingredients. But they turned out fantastic, and i think i will make them for my comp day, or for the day after!
How to make them?
2 1/2 cup of self-raising flour
250 g of sugar free almond milk chocolate
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup baileys
2 tbs butter, melted
1 cup brown mascavado sugar
2 tbs cocoa powder
2 tbs dark raw cocoa powder
1/2 vanilla soyamilk
2 eggs
Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl, finly chop the milk chocolate and add to the bowl, then add all liquid ingredients and mix up. In the oven on 200 degress for about 25 min
Frosting
1 plate sugar free milk chocolate
2 tbs fat free creme cheese
2 tbs baileys
some icing sugar
Melt chocolate in a small saucepan and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix together.
Sadly, i forgot to take pictures of these ones before i gave them away. But ill probably make them again this weekend, so ill take some pictures then :)
