RICEPAPER CHICKEN TACOISH THING

So after being all creative and thinking of all the things im gonna be making tomorrow, I thought it was time to get my masterchef skills back on track and thought of this little recipe for tonight(couldnt do anymore dry chicken). I used what i had, and it turned out lovely. Dont really know what to call it but(that for the title). Its super easy and tasty. But you probably dont wanna kiss anyone after eating this :)


You will need:
ca 400 g of minced chicken(or any kind of meat)
Rice paper

Tomato filling:
2 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of pepper
1 tsp oregano
mix all togheter

Guacacamole:
1 avocado
1 tbs fat free cottage cheese
1 garlic clove
red onion finely chopped
dash of lime juice
dash of pepper
mash all togheter

Cook the minced till light brown. Dip rice paper in hot water and lay down on a tray for a few seconds and add chicken and tomato filling, pack it up and cook in the oven for about 25 min on 200 degrees. Serve with guacamole :) 



And the result. How easy was that?
